I purchased the TITAN chair. The day it arrived I was completely dissatisfied with the product and wanted a return. The company made it near impossible for me to initiate a return and would not release any information to help return the chair. I don't have the means to take this chair anywhere and requested them to schedule a pick-up but again they keep delaying over and over and make every situation completely horrible. Why not say on your website that you are not wanting to return any product. Say on your website that each sale is final no-return. Don't trick us the customers with your marketing and then turn your back on us. Very disappointed with the company, the chair, the entire process... I am waiting still for a upper management to contact me and resolve this issues and schedule a pick-up to return the chair that is brand new
